Tyler, Texas, Aug. 6, 2014 – Azalea Orthopedics announced today the acquisition of East Texas Orthopaedics. The purchase further expands Azalea Orthopedics’ reach in East Texas and will greatly enhance the experience for the patients of both practices.

Alongside Azalea surgeons, outgoing East Texas Orthopaedics owner Dr. Scott D. Allen will continue to work with patients through a temporary period. East Texas Orthopaedics staff also are transitioning to Azalea Orthopedics, which began seeing East Texas Orthopaedics patients on August 4.
