Dr. Claire Tibiletti has practiced Interventional Pain Management in Tyler for more than 25 years. She is one of the six founding members of the Spine Intervention Society (SIS) which is an international organization of more than 3000 physicians. Through SIS she has taught hundreds of physicians to perform spinal injection procedures in the United States and Europe.
In addition to the Spine Intervention Society, Dr. Tibiletti is also a member of the North American Spine Society, The American Medical Association, The Texas Medical Association, and is a member and past president of the Smith County Medical Society. She is a graduate of The University of Texas in Austin, The University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston, and Harvard University.
Dr. Tibiletti is well trained in the diagnosis and treatment of spine disorders. She is assisted by Physician’s Assistant Heather Rasnake, PA.

Since going into the practice of Non-surgical Treatment of Spine Disorders, Dr. Tibiletti has been active in the North American Spine Society.
She is one of the founding members of the Spinal Injection Society.
She has been an instructor at injection workshops sponsored by SIS several times over the past 10 years.
She was a speaker at the recent Annual Meeting for the Spinal Injection Society in February 2002.
Dr. Tibilleti is the immediate past President of the 1800+ member Spine Injection Society (SIS).
