Azalea Orthopedics has been privileged to serve the residents of East Texas since 1993. In order to provide the exceptional orthopedic healthcare options that our communities deserve, we now have offices in Athens, Longview, Lufkin, Mount Pleasant, Palestine, and Nacogdoches, as well as two locations in Tyler. Azalea is composed of nationally recognized surgeons and award-winning physicians who sub-specialize to benefit our patients. Our team of physicians include specialists in spine (neck & back), shoulder, knee, foot and ankle, hip, hand, wrist, and elbow. We also have highly-trained Interventional Pain Management, Trauma, Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (Physiatrists), and Sports Medicine doctors.
