About nine months ago, I broke five metatarsals. I recently started running and am having a lot of pain. When I wear my compression sock it feels uncomfortable and almost makes it feel worse. Am I able to wrap it with an ace bandage? What can I do to make it better?
You should do whatever makes your foot comfortable – Ace wrap, foot/ankle support, supportive shoes. It may be some time before you can run comfortably however.
