Please know your safety is our number one priority. If you have traveled out of the country over the last 30 days, or are having symptoms related to COVID-19, please self-quarantine. Our staff is following guidelines to clean and disinfect all areas throughout the day. If you are experiencing a fever upon arrival at any location or identified as a risk due to travel, you will be rescheduled for an appointment at a later date.
