Azalea Orthopedics is pleased to announce that Dr. Patrick Wupperman will be assuming the role of practice President in 2026. He steps into this position following Dr. John Priddy’s term as acting President.
Dr. Wupperman is a Board-Certified, Fellowship-Trained Orthopedic Surgeon who specializes in knees, shoulders and elbows. He is also a Sports Medicine specialist who treats athletics at all levels – amateur to professional – suffering with sports related injuries including those unique to overhead athletes.
Dr. Wupperman is a partner physician at Azalea Orthopedics who has committed many years to Azalea Orthopedics and the patients he serves. He is highly-regarded by our practice as well as his colleagues in the field. In fact, since 2105, he has been voted as a Texas Monthly Super Doctor by his peers. In both 2024 and 2025, he was named a Super Doctors Hall of Fame member. In 2025, he was also recognized as one of America’s Leading Doctors by Newsweek. Dr. Wupperman is currently seeing patients at our Tyler (South Broadway), Nacogdoches and Palestine offices.
