Colton Pendley, PA-C is a board-certified Physician Assistant working with Dr. Andrew Mikeska as part of his Spine Team. Colton earned his Bachelor of Science in Human Performance and Exercise Science from the University of Alabama, graduating Cum Laude, and his Masters of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Faulkner University in Montgomery, Alabama.
Colton has a diverse background in healthcare with clinical training in various specialties including Orthopedics, Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, General Surgery and Emergency Medicine, among others. Prior to joining Azalea Orthopedics, Colton was serving as a provider in inpatient Gastroenterology.
Colton Pendley is proficient in patient assessment, physical examination, diagnosis and treatment. He also has experience providing surgical assistance in the OR. He is passionate about educating his patients about the prevention and management of various diseases.
In his free time, Colton enjoys reading, hanging out with his dogs Moose and Murphy, and watching Alabama football. Colton met his fiancé in PA school and was married in October 2025.
