Neal Burgess is a board-certified Physician Assistant working with Dr. Todd Raabe as part of his spine team. Neal earned his Bachelor of Science from Stephen F. Austin State University in Nacogdoches, and his Masters of Physician Assistant Studies from the UT Health Science Center at San Antonio.
Neal has an extensive background as a healthcare provider in various specialties including Orthopedics, Spine Care, Trauma, Pain Management, Neurosurgery and Urology, and has served patients in private practice, hospitals / medical centers, Urgent Care and Emergency Rooms. Neal is highly trained in patient assessment, examinations, diagnosis and treatment. He is also trained as a surgical first assistant, in wound care and closure, joint injections and in-office procedures. Neal believes in taking a team-based approach to healthcare. “One person cannot do everything alone.
