Azalea Orthopedics is privileged to have served East Texas for more than 20 years. We are rapidly growing and expanding our coverage and care options to better serve East Texas and the surrounding areas. Our commitment to providing each patient with the highest standard of care will always be the cornerstone of our care philosophy.
Azalea is composed of nationally recognized surgeons and physicians who sub-specialize to benefit our patients. Our group is dedicated to continuously improving and providing cutting-edge technology, forged with conventional wisdom and practical, proven methods to improve patients’ lives.

Azalea Orthopedics After Hours Orthopedic Clinic
Work, school, and parenting can make it challenging to make a mid-day doctor’s appointment. To help fit your busy schedule, we now offer extended clinic hours on Tuesdays from 4 pm-8 pm. Specializing in knees, shoulders, and sports injuries, Dr. Bartley sees athletes and non-athletes alike in his extended clinic. At this time, this extended clinic is exclusively for new patients. Please schedule the appointment during regular business hours and in advance 903-939-7500.
